How can I make an order?

When will my order be processed and shipped?
We process orders Monday - Saturday. If your order is placed before 2pm EST it will be shipped the same day. If your order is placed after 2pm EST it will be shipped the next business day.
What should I know before placing an order?
You should know your Make, Model, Year and Engine size. Our listings contain a compatibility chart. If your machine is on the chart, the part is guaranteed to fit. If you don't see your machine on the chart, give us a call if you believe it'll fit before purchasing. We do not offer refunds for parts bought by mistake.
Shipping
Does Duffspowersports offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on most of our new inventory. Large and clearance items will have calculated shipping based on your location. If you feel the shipping quote is wrong, please reach out to us.
Do you offer international shipping?

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, when your order is shipped we will send you a tracking number. Please contact us if you do not receive your tracking number. Most orders will arrive within 2-4 delivery days.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! We can accommodate your needs! you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Please call for a shipping quote. Once the order is shipped we no longer take responsibility for any delay in transit time.
How do you ship large items?
We ship items over 70lbs via a freight shipping company. Items that need to be shipped via freight will require a business address with a fork lift. If you are at a residential address additional handling charges will apply. If you plan on purchasing one of your freight items please call us at 518-300-3027 so we can give you the most accurate shipping quote.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes! items must be returned within 14 days of the delivered date or the sale is considered final. The item must be returned in the exact condition it was received or it will not qualify for a refund. There is a 20% restocking fee to returned items unless it was our mistake. Please give us a call if you wish to make a return.
